The Ercan Baba Olive Oil Factory, where Sevilma olive oils are produced, is also situated at the foot of this mountain, in a landscape interwoven with olive groves.<\/p>\n

The most commonly grown olive variety in the region is the early-ripening olive, which is native to the \u0130zmir Peninsula. The early-ripening olives grown in this ancient region are carefully harvested during the early harvest season and turned into extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n
