Your personal data is collected and recorded for the purpose of enabling you to purchase products from Yavaş Dükkan, pay for these products and have them delivered to you; this constitutes the data processing operation.

Your personal data will be shared with the Nature Association, Nature School and other national and international organisations engaged in nature conservation work—of which Yavaş Dükkan is also a part—for the purpose of keeping you informed about these organisations’ initiatives, projects and activities. Your personal data will not be shared with any organisation or individual for advertising purposes.

Information Notice under the Data Protection Act

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), any information that serves to identify or make a natural person identifiable falls within the scope of personal data. Your personal data, including any special category personal data you have provided to Yavaş Dükkan, will be processed in accordance with the reasons, purposes and methods set out below, and in compliance with the data retention, reporting and notification obligations prescribed by relevant legislation and legal authorities, as the Data Controller, recorded, stored, retained and preserved in our systems; classified in accordance with legal and operational requirements and reasons; updated, and, where permitted by legislation and within legal limits, disclosed to or transferred to third parties, classified, and processed in the manners set out in the Personal Data Protection Act (KVKK).
