Sevilma Our olive trees, which grow entirely naturally amongst the many trees and plants in our garden, provide food for birds and other wildlife through their olives, offer shelter and a home for animals with their trunks and branches, whilst also providing us with healing properties through their oil and leaves. We have harvested the precious leaves of our garden’s olive trees at the optimal time for their healing properties, dried them using natural methods, and carefully packaged them without the use of any additives. With its distinctive aroma, Sevilma Aegean Olive Leaf is a herbal tea that you can enjoy at any time of day.

At the Sevilma Olive Grove, which holds the title of Turkey’s first certified Slow Food farm, we carry out our olive cultivation and seasonal farming activities in a truly agroecological spirit. Guided by the principle of “good, clean and fair food”, we have adopted a sustainable production model that preserves biodiversity, is free from chemical pesticides and fertilisers, and relies on living, fertile soil and clean water sources. By sharing the bounty of our orchard with wildlife, we continue to uphold the tradition of “for the wolf, the bird and the plant”.
