Aydın Memecik Natural Cold-Pressed Olive Oil

Memecik Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced exclusively from the fruit of Memecik variety olive trees located in the Menteşe Mountains in Çine, Aydın. These olive groves are sustainable production areas created by grafting the Memecik variety onto wild olive trees (delice).

No chemical pesticides are used, no irrigation takes place and the soil is not ploughed during the production process. This agroecological approach, which preserves the natural balance, supports biodiversity in the olive groves.

As part of this agroecological production method recognised by UNESCO, Memecik Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil brings the Aegean’s millennia-old knowledge of olive cultivation into the present day.

With an acidity level of 0.5 and a high polyphenol profile, this olive oil offers an intense and lingering flavour thanks to its distinctive aromatic character.
